Late Dr Mufti Ghulam Sarwer Qadri (RA)

1939 - 2010

Dr. Mufti Ghulam Sarwer Qadri (RA) was a visionary Islamic scholar, jurist, and educator who dedicated his life to teaching and community service. He established Jamia Rizvia Trust in 1984, aiming to create institutions where authentic religious sciences could be taught alongside modern subjects.
